How do I get started with you?
Fill out the form or give us a call — we’ll schedule a free consultation. During the meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and arrange a site visit if needed. Then we’ll prepare a preliminary estimate and project roadmap. Once approved, we sign the contract and reserve your start date.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a written warranty on our workmanship and installation, depending on the type of work. Materials and fixtures are also covered by manufacturer warranties. If something needs attention, we respond quickly and professionally. Our goal is not just to finish the project, but to make sure you are satisfied long after completion.
Are you licensed in Ontario?
Ontario does not require a contractor license for home renovations.
We are fully registered, insured, and WSIB-covered, and we use licensed specialists for any regulated work.
Do you have WSIB coverage and liability insurance?
Yes. Our crew is covered by WSIB, and we carry substantial general liability insurance to protect your home and everyone on-site. This means you are never at financial risk if an accident or damage occurs during your project.
Can you assist with the design and planning of my renovation?
Yes, we work in a design–build format: assisting with layouts, drawings, material selection, and 3D renderings. Together, we finalize the technical requirements and budget. This minimizes the risk of costly changes and keeps the project on schedule.
Will you obtain the necessary permits for my project?
Yes, we take care of the entire permit process — from preparing detailed drawings to submitting applications and coordinating with city inspectors. How much will it cost?
Costs vary depending on the size, complexity, and finishes you choose. We start with a ballpark range, then after detailed measurements and design, provide a transparent itemized quote. Can I live in my home during the renovation?
In many cases, yes — especially for smaller-scale work. We seal off work areas with dust barriers, maintain safe walkways, and coordinate noisy work to minimize disruption. However, if your kitchen or main bathroom is out of service, or if the project involves major demolition, we may suggest a temporary stay elsewhere. We’ll discuss your comfort and safety during the planning stage.
